The name of the farm, "DUE CANALI" is born from topographical
localization. It is located next to the intersection between the
Tergola and Muson dei Sassi rivers.
The agricultural company, handed for generations in the same
Family, for the last decade has replaced the traditional production
partially, using part of the surface for innovative cultivations,
with vocation to the transformation of the products.
The production is alternated annually in order to guarantee quality
to the product in the respect of nature.
From 2003 the Farm Due Canali has obtained the certification
of biological producer from the BIOS Limited Liability Company.
